Well hello, friends... or should I say strangers!
Well, after over a week of silence here on the blog, I'm baaack! Last week I spent a lot of time preparing for Baby Girl. I can't believe how quickly this due date is approaching!
I sorted through hand-me-down clothing and shoes, washed baby gear, did a bunch of freezer cooking, bought materials for the nursery, and tried my best to keep up with normal household responsibilities. Oh, and made a special treat for Hubby to celebrate our low-key Valentine's Day at home. There wasn't a whole lot of time for writing, but this week, I hope to make time to share our almost-finished flooring project, a revised plan for Baby Girl's nursery, and a run-down of what's in my freezer.
Oh, and even though the blog was silent, I tried my best to share our goings-on over at Facebook and Instagram. Head on over and give me a "like" or a "follow" so we can stay connected, even when I'm too busy to blog!
Coming up this weekend is the annual Ladies' Retreat with my mom, sister, and sister-in-law (otherwise known as my last hurrah before Baby Girl arrives), so the boys will be on their own for meals on Friday and Saturday. While Hubby is a great cook (I know I'm blessed), he's going simple so he can spend some quality time with the little man.

Monday: Dinner Out with Hubby's boss
Tuesday: Salad Night
Wednesday: Leftover Slow Cooker Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs, Rice, Cauliflower
Thursday: Italian Venison Sandwiches
Friday: Hot Dogs
Saturday: Boys' Pizza Night
Sunday: Leftover Italian Venison

Thursday: Crock Pot Beef Stew, Bread or Rolls
Friday: Jambalaya, Green Beans
Saturday: Leftover Stew
