Menu Plan Monday: 6/9-6/15

How was your weekend, friends? The weather has been absolutely beautiful here. Last night, after putting Kiddo to bed, Hubby and I sat out in the backyard, reading until dark. We were kept company by our new hens. They are so friendly that they come running when we go to the backyard and follow us around. One even cooperated for a "chicken selfie." :)

I know, I'm a chicken geek. :)
On the home front, Kiddo is becoming a big boy before our eyes. Not only is he looking more and more like a little man, he began sleeping in his "big boy bed" last week. That in itself should make its own post sometime this week.
We're also re-doubling our efforts to potty train and making slow progress. With regular reminders, kiddo has only had three accidents in his "big boy underpants," but he doesn't seem to care about keeping pull-ups dry. I see long days and lots of outside time ahead of us. 
Now, onto this week's menu. :)

Monday: Salad Night

Tuesday: Grilled Chicken Leg Quarters, Baked Potato, Broccoli

Wednesday: Leftover Italian Venison Sandwiches, Green Beans

Thursday: Chicken Salad Wraps, Baby Carrots

Friday: Tilapia, Rice, Balsamic Sauteed Summer Squash

Saturday: Homemade Pizza, Salad

Sunday: Turkey Burgers,  Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes, Cauliflower
