Menu Plan Monday: 2/2-2/15

Well, it was a yucky morning here in the northeast. Snow started last night, and then turned into freezing rain. It warmed up enough that the roads were just wet and a little slushy by mid-morning, so Kiddo and I ran to the store to quickly re-stock on our basics since the cupboards were quite bare. :)

So let's get straight to the menu for the next two weeks, shall we?


Two-Week Menu Plan: 2/2-2/15

Week 1: 2/2-2/8

Monday: Meatball Sandwiches, Green Beans

Tuesday: Salad Night

Wednesday: Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches, Rolls, Baby Carrots & Celery, Homemade Ranch

Thursday: Chicken Fajitas

Friday: Family Dinner

Saturday: Date Night :)

Sunday: Spinach Tortellini Soup with Italian Sausage

Week 2: 2/9-2/15

Monday: Slow Cooker Maple Dijon Chicken Thighs, Rice, Cauliflower

Tuesday: Flounder, Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes, Broccoli

Wednesday: Crock Pot Beef Stew

Thursday: Turkey Gyros, Homemade Naan (using the Master Recipe), Cauliflower

Friday: Simple Roast Chicken in the Crock Pot

Saturday: Steak Dinner :)

Sunday: Brunswick Stew
