Menu Plan Monday: 12/2-12/8

Happy Menu Plan Monday. I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!
I had originally intended to publish a post or two last week, but I was just having too much fun with my family. But not to fear: I have a few posts in the works. It's just taking me longer as my poor computer is just limping along. I think we're going to pool our Christmas money for a new one, but until then, I hope it holds on.
We had a wonderful time spending time with my side of the family over Thanksgiving. Kiddo had so much fun playing with his aunts, uncles, second cousins and grandparents. And oh, the food! So much food, I felt stuffed for two days. We ate our big meal at noon, so we waited to have our pie until dinner.  Kiddo loved that tradition - he had two slices of pumpkin pie!
Then on Friday, I did some Black Friday shopping with my New York crew. Some of us aren't early risers, so we got to the mall around 7:30 and shopped until around 2, with a break for lunch. We had a good time, and I got a few Christmas presents, though I didn't think the deals were as good as previous years.
This week I'm using up some more food from our freezer, including a freezer crock pot kit, meatballs, some frozen veggies, and frozen meats. My variation of Crock Pot Shredded Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches will also be making an encore performance this week. Assuming the computer cooperates, the recipe should be up this week.

This Week's Menu Plan: 12/2-12/8

In the next few weeks, I'll be finishing up my Stock Your Freezer Series, and I would love to hear what your favorite freezable soups and casseroles are. Please leave a link or recipe in the comments and it could make it into a future post!
Have a great week!
